Galaxy Paratroopers

Hello, I am Digg3rdawg, the Admin and Owner of the Galaxy Paratroopers. We are a New Conglomerate group dedicated to 'Hot Droping' (Basically Parachute Jumps from a Galaxy). Obviously, we need pilots, gunners, and escorts to accomplish this, but since ANYONE (including MAX's) can be a Paratrooper, that is open for anybody mature enough.

Positions And Rewards

Onward to positions. These positions will be preceded by a number, that is the paygrade (I am simply numbering them as I have no idea how resource exchange and payment will work, if it is even in-game, if it turns out not to be, then disregard the numbers)

1. Gunners
2. Pilots
3. Paratroopers
4. Reaver Escorts

Join Requirements and Rules

In order to join, you must:
-Be willing to do your job whenever asked, assuming you are online
-If a Pilot, you must be willing to customize your vehicles as ordered, and it would be preferred if you certify them as if you were always going to be 'hot droping' others
-If on a mission, Pilots and Gunners MAY NOT leave their vehicle without men while it is on the ground (To prevent stolen vehicles, plus, our galaxies will rarely act as forward bases and will often)
-You must NEVER bail out unless the Pilot gives approval, or if the vehicle is less than 10% health
-Communication MUST be keep in contact (using VOIP in-vehicle system, or keyboard chat) in order for the Pilot to approve Bail-Outs, and so that Gunners may request a better firing angle.

And you know your still pretty much trying to copy my Platoon mate, at least you've not as yet tried to recruit on my thread with a name changed yet near identical Clan. Even tried same forum provider huh? Like I said, rather than half assing it why not join my Clan? I'll happily put you in charge of 15-20 men. Same as your homeboy if he's up for it. We're a lot stronger together than we are apart mate.

I recall there was enough to make a 100 man group there. but they all wanted to make their own half arsed projects.

What the fuck man? Your only 15? A 20+ year old maybe but I'm not trusting a 15year old with 20 men. I assume your mates about the same age. I've never met a 15 year old that's got himself together enough to look after 20 men, real life or in a computer game, when your a bit older you'll know what I mean. I'd probably not even trust ye with 5-6 men unless you where a exceptional kid. I'm a great guy though, so hows a half dozen men/Transport pilot for a full squad/or maybe Flight Leader for a bunch of Jets or something then if you prove yourself I'll promote you to full Squad Leader, how does that sound? Actually I reckon what'd be best is if I made you Sergeant for one of my Squad Leaders for a month or 2, get him to teach you, then when he says your ready promote you to Squad Leader, I reckon that's more than fair. What you reckon?

Well, I think you are probably right, and I am getting ahead of myself. I will admit that my posting on your thread was childish and that these attempts to create my own clan are fairly ridiculous. So, I think I will accept your offer, and would like to appoligize over my rudeness.

No you are not getting ahead of yourself. I did not say that you are uncapable of such a thing. You'd probably still do ok, Jus that at that age you are likely unable to do it at your full potential. Gotta have some confidence mate. It'll get ya through some hard times in life eh, same as havin a bit of mongrel in ya. I was more a bit bitter at what I perceived as ye trying to make a clan that does near same thing then recruit on my thread. And I may of reacted a little too harshly. I'll quote this guy again though.

I'll put you with one of the homies as his protege, get him to teach you what you need to do in a leadership position, then when he says your ready I'll put you in charge of a squad. Or hey man, I may even run you on a Trial or something, I'll have a debate with my leadership group on the best way to approach it. Actually man while I'm doing that what I'll do man is make a thread on my forum specifically for talking to you while figuring out best position for you, because if you do have enough initiative and enthusiasm to make a clan you may have qualities that make you worth a shot as a Leader, you may turn out to be a not a bad prospect with a bit of development. So go introduce yourself over on forum, and we'll try and figure out the best role for you. And also I'll admit so I can suss out your personality a bit and figure out what areas you most need improving and what one of the leadership group is best to teach you. I'm not gonna play favorites, I want the best men for the job, and if you've got the potential for the job. I'll happily work with you to develop your skills.

I talked to one of the Squad Leader's and he said he'd work with you and develop you, still gotta ask one of the Squadron Leaders though and you'll have a choice between Ground or Air.
