First: When I try to run the launcher it takes a very long time, around 5 minutes, and when it finally does launch it is unable to connect and times out.

Second: www.forums.station.sony.com times out on every web browser I use on this computer (but other computers running on the same router are able to connect just fine!)

Sometimes if I verify the integrity of the game cache on steam, it redownloads some of the files that "mysteriously" disappear every time I exit steam!

Heres what Ive done to fix the problem:

Uninstalled and reinstalled Planetside 2 on steam
Attempted to reach forums.station.sony.com on every big browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox, even Oprah god help me)
Deleted all cookies on each web browser
Turned off AVG AND Firewall

And yet I still havent had any success! Im baffled as to why this is happening, I used to play PS2 all the time but burned out a bit, only to come back to find out Im powerless to play it anyways!

I tried downloading through Steam, after that I open the launcher but the error still appears.
I also have Firewall and my anti-virus off.
